Arrow Am I paying too much??? please let me know

My local BMW dealer just got in a 2005 330ci. It has 30k miles on it, its in mint condition. CPO. It only has a performance package (ZHP), black leather, auto, and heated seats. Its Imola Red. They are asking $29,895 but on friday i managed to work them down to $28,500 i still think this is too much for a car that is almost 4 years old. How much would you pay???
-thanks mike

IMO I think its way too much. The lowest I've seen is an 04 M3 with about 45k miles selling for 29,000.

I don't think they would give you that much for a 2008 328 Coupe trade...
Try lowering a little bit more...

I think the other member recently mentioned that he was offered $18k for his (well optioned) 330i (2006)... Not sure if the older car and model is really worth extra $10k...

Don't go for it!
THat is way too much and we all know that they did not pay too much for it.
Ask for the receipt of what he paid for it...
Dealers are hurting nowdays and you should be able to get a better deal.

A 330i (e46) with 30k miles, CPO is not worth more than $25k. No way they paid more than $20 for it, if that much... It is not a convertable?

no its a coupe and i test drove it, it looks and drives like a brand new car and it has the performance package which was a $3,900 option. and its almost an 06 b.c the build date was 04/2005 and my moms e90 is a 05/2005 build i think im going to offer them $27,750
