Thats actually part of the appeal of the S4, much like the Buick Grand National and the Ford Taurus SHO, though the new S4 is much sleeker and sexier than the outgoing one.

for the price of a new s4, can't you pick up a used rs4? i remember the prices on those were coming down crazy, like 10-15k below msrp last year.

i personally like the b5 (2.7t) & b6 (same engine as b7 but better looks imo) than the b7. or you could wait till the fall to get new supercharged s4, 333hp

'07 audi rs4's are going in the high $30's. Great value, and I could swing it...just not something I want to do right now in these uncertain times!

Scirocco is definitely sexy, but they're a no-go in the States if I understand correctly? Correct me if I am wrong.
