I would love full screen to be supported by BMW directly.
If it can be coded, why is it not possible to get this added at the dealership. such a waste of space that 2/3 screen CarPlay. Does coding fullscreen void warranty with car in anyway? |

Technically it is a hack, but it does work and does not void your warranty. When I took mine in for the backup camera recall they updated the firmware to EVO-S which removed it and most of my other coding. This is expected behavior since they are flashing the entire head unit. You will just have to reapply the patch after a firmware update. It's safe. |
