lease assumption 2021 M550i in Florida
Leased this car in January 2, 2021. the car is in brand new condition. just too big and comfortable for me; want to get into a new M3.
12k miles/year. current mileage is: 2,733 payment including 7% tax is $999 Not looking to recoup any downpayment; just pay the $500 lease transfer fee located in Tampa, FL

Car is sold back to dealer. They offered me $72k and dealer payoff was 70,800. So had some positive equity. Market is crazy. They listed it next day day for $79k
