2 Is it possible questions from starter;)

Hello,
Now I'm owner of e90 320d. Like it very much

BUT there are several options I'd like to have.
1) Rain sensor. Can it be installed separately? What should be done? suppose sensor + wiring + setting in computer it exists?

2) Back of the back seats can't be put down, no ski opening. Is it possible to make them do that, at least all together? May be install 2 catches and 2 controls from boot?

Any idea?
