I just got notice that I am on a ship! I too have the notice that the car is missing the audio module but was told by BMW Genius that it can also be installed in Baltimore and it shouldn't hold up your car getting on a ship. I suspect mine just boarded the Hawaiian Highway due to leave today.

Regarding the missing audio module, I just talked to my dealer and he is going to request that the car gets shipped as soon as it gets to Baltimore and he will install the chip at the dealership. Sounds good to me.

I have not found a way to confirm if a ship is on the K-line Hawaiian Highway.

Maybe try this link. I was able to find my VIN and confirm on the Hoegh Trapper so I know it wont work on the KLine.

To my surprise woke up this morning to In Transit status! Not sure which ship it's on may have to call BMW Genius as my SA hasn't exactly been the most knowledgeable person. Anyone know which ships left Brem in the last 1-2 days with a NY/NJ port destination?

Placed my order today and I've been telling myself that I don't want it til spring, we'll see how long that lasts.

My guess is going up. My initial lead time was 10-12 weeks when I ordered. Based on current status I'd expect somewhere from 15-16 weeks to take delivery.

A long time to anticipate something as desirable as a new car, My time frame has been March or April and really hope it isn't delivered while the roads are still sloppy, 3-4 months should make that happen. Hope yours gets here soon.

SO MANY VARIABLES.

We're at about 3 months but we aren't out of the clear yet. We still have a "stop sale" plus we're doing PCD which could ( will likely ) add some time.

F32 N55 Ironically enough I haven't gotten that RAM stop sale prior to being boarded on the ship. Wondering if I get lucky with parts availability or just going to get hit with it on at port on US side.
