M-Sport spec

Looking at possibly changing to an m-sport fairly soon but wondering is it really worth it? I have an SE at the moment, so what does the m-sport have over the SE, apart from the different style bumpers?

If you are looking at anything less than a 335, Seats, Suspension, Wheels (usually), Sideskirts, Anthracite headlining, Steering Wheel and Gear Knob. Also Shadowline (black) window trim and brushed aluminium interior trim.

Dont think i've missed anything.......?

The engines in the SE and M-Sport are identical and rear privacy glass in not standard on the M-Sport.

Only thing I can think of that you've missed are the kick plates inside the doors.

Which can mean with the higher drag (cD) on some sport models and less 'efficient' wheel sizes, the M-sport can be the slower car.

it depends on what you like the look off it is as above, I've always gone for the M trim as dont like grey roof / sides interior. Plus the SE seats give me really bad back pains.

Add the other bits and find in general the M look far better than SE it comes down to preference and cost really. IMO M every time

Ditto.

Having driven otherwise identical models in SE and M Sport trim back to back, I'd choose the M Sport every singe time. The seats are the single biggest improvement IMO, but the suspension which is supposedly crashy and hard, isn't, and the car handles noticeably better as a result.

Depends why you want to change really.

Why are you considering an M Sport?

Will choosing M Sport affect your engine choice?

I should also have said that what was also included in the diff between my SE & M-Sport was that the first was an 'i' petrol and the second a 'D' diesel!

+ 2 for the M Sport option just a better drive all round, I cover huge milage here in Switzerland had an SE prior to the M Sport, much fresher after a long stint in the saddle.

no, the suicide is for the fact that the benefits of M-Sports and SE specs have been done to death
