That's more of a question for Almaretto. He will probably tell you there are at least 30 parameters to tweak to properly code AD/VLD.

Boolean logic of VO coding does not set all parameters in BDC, FLM, and KAFAS. You should see light leakage as well as miss VLD.

Did you have to do VO decoding first? Looks like this works fine without VO coding, isn't? Probably just a myth that commercial coders are spreading around so that it's harder for normal people to code it as DIY easily? Just wondering...

I am not sure what’s the right way to enabke it now, does FA coding do the work or is there vo coding needed to get it fully functional? I have a 2021 530i on it’s way that have anti-dazzle decoding option, can someone tell me exactly what is needed to get anti dazzle function wroking?

This is the kinda info we need to see! I’ve been onboard about a month know craning info. Just picked up a 2021 LCI M550i. For the coding tips I’d like I see the end result and or a very vauge discrimination of what to do but not where to go or how to get there. I will be knocking this out this weekend.

Yes on LCI. No on pre-LCI. Coding is different on the latter.

I have purchased BU esys BC. have enet cable.
1. I wish to code town light distribution from 30 kmph
2. Highway distribution from 70 kmph
3. Antidazzle high beam from 30 kmph.
Is it possible? Can you help?
4. I have enabled apple car play with an aftermarket FSC code. It works fine but i can not see maps/ directions in HUD whilw using Apple/ google maps. Looking at my current i level which is later to 7-20 i am hopefull to get those.
Bimmer utility does not offer any comfort mode coding for my requirements in case of G30.
Infact if i try to read and edit ncds in BU i see only G11 option reprated everywhere in werte selection box. I have informed them but still waiting for an update.
Can you please help me on my requirements above?

Almaretto remote coded my pre-LCI 2019 540i with adaptive LEDs to provide full functionality of VLD/anti dazzle. This was a couple years ago but his availability to do this may have changed.
