Hi

I seem to have lost my email options in Idrive. I was originally connected to my office 365 account but now I have no email or calendar options in Idrive.

Is email an additional paid service in connected drive that I am no longer subscribed to and maybe I was running on a trial as the car was new?

I have tried resetting idrive with no luck

Can anyone advise?

I didn’t have access - no matter what I did or account I used it wouldn’t work. When they recently did the July 20 software update they looked into it and said - BMW would no longer allow Office 365 email due to security issues but they didn’t have an alternative. They promised they would tell me if email becomes available again.

Connected Drive store doesn’t offer it any more. I tried setting up email using the Connected Drive website but despite the function being there and appearing to be set up, nothing happens.
