Does anyone know if you can run E85 on stock injectors and fuel pumps? Obviously with an OTS E85 tune.

You can run E85 on your M550. I run it all the time on my wife's M550, but here is my trick:
* I pour in 1.5 Gallons of E85 to 15 Gallons of (e10 - 93oct) fuel; full tank
* Or, 1gal of E85 to every 10gal of (e10 - 93oct)
* Final ratio lands somewhere around E17; the car loves it!
* I pulled the exhaust flaps fuse for additional growl and those tail pipe are pretty much soot free
* Best 1/4 mile: 11.33@122 at the track. DA around 1700 - 1/2 tank of gas
* Car is stock except for BMC filters & charcoals removed

As you may know, E85 contains alcohol which helps clean internal engine parts, fuel lines, pump and injectors.

I've been implementing this E85 & E10 fuel mixing exercise for years with all of our cars and no issues whatsoever.

You CANNOT run 100% E85 with factory [stock] issued LPFP pump; you must upgrade and tune it.
