Anyone else had problems with tirerack?
Anyone have problems with tirerack verifying their information. I ordered tires from them yesterday morning they were supposed to ship same day. My information couldn\'t be verified but they didn\'t even call me luckily I had to call them because I didnt get a confirmation email because my email was spelled wrong (placed the order over the phone). Today after multiple calls they sent more info to their verification team to review. I normally wouldn\'t care about the delay but Friday is the only day I can get them mounted for a while. So I ask if they can change my shipping to 2 day they tell me there is no two day shipping option with ups so I just stuck with ground. They say it\'s a 2 day zone so if it ships tomorrow it MIGHT be here Friday. So I just checked online and ups 2 day shows up (I might call them back about that). So now my only hope is they can verify my information and get it shipped out tomorrow. Then it\'s up to ups. As long as I have my tires Friday I will be happy though. I just wanted to know if anyone has had trouble with tireracks verification system. Ive ordered plenty of things for the same price or more (including my rims from **********s which shipped same day) and have had no problems.

That's the problem I've called multiple times at least 5 times today and 3 times yesterday. I've ordered from them before and had no problems but now all of a sudden I am.

are you calling the 800 number on the website, and then punching in the extension for customer service? I called them a few times, and never had to wait more than about a minute to get someone on the line.

That's very unusual (especially about the multiple call problem) and I apologize on behalf of the rep that typo'd your information during the order process. Now luckily I emailed Gary or else I would have never known they were waiting for me to call them back (again) before they try to get my credit card verified. The reason they were waiting for me to call them is because I asked this morning when I called if it would be faster for me to pay with paypal. They told me no so I just told them to change the shipping speed to 2 day and I will just wait for it to be verified. For some reason they put down that I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay with paypal and that I would call back to let them know. That's not what I wanted. Now I know not to rely on tirerack if I need something to be here on time. I like their prices but everything else has been a hassle. Now I don't even know if they'll be here on time even with 2 day shipping.

I used the extension she was unavailable. And the bank number has changed since I got my card. But I got the correct number to you guys yesterday and nothing was done yet. If you guys need more information feel free to call me rather waiting for me to call that would eliminate most of the problem.

I have never had a problem with tirerack. Always fast and courteous and readily answers my sometimes goofy questions. I don't want to stoke the fire here but it seems the OP is in the vast minority here and has 3rd party issues not just with tirerack.

Ok so now my order has been released for shipping thanks to Gary and everyone else that helped get everything sorted out. Now I pray that my tires get to the installer by Friday and I will be happy.

Now I'm having problems with the installer they are saying they have to cancel my appointment since my tires aren't there yet. I told them how there scheduled for delivery tomorrow. They are idiots. I cant just reschedule because I'm going to be busy for a couple weeks. I'm going to try and find another installer that might be a problem since my tires are getting shipped to the installer and they might be the only place with a touchless tire mounting machine.
