Why not, it's a bit bigger, but it will shed some weight like announced. When you want a more compact M5, why don't you consider the M3?

Adaptive LED headlights standard: About fucking time halogens were sent to the graveyard

As with the F10 (and opposed to the F30) I like this better without the M Sport bumpers. Looks more business and stylish without

Don't buy that adaptive LEDs are standard, there's a car with xenons in those pictures:
I assume only standard in USA or North America!!!

Granted with how large the 3 series has gotten it's probably the size I'd go for anyways, though I'd love to upgrade to 5 at some point.
With the magnificent 8 auto, why would you ever want a manual? In Europe, only the 520d and 530i will have manual. Here are no manual buyers for anything higher up the scale.

What about weight savings?
These weights are the same as the F10.

Those are also LED, not Xenon. There are 3 types of LED Headlamps at launch and the specifications in the OP are for NA Market.

Available Headlamps (G30):

5A2: LED Headlamp
5A2 + 524: LED Headlamp with Adaptive Content
552: Adaptive Full LED Headlamp - Icon Light

What's that bright blue in one of the last photos? Is that Estoril?

I didn't see a color like that on the ordering guide.

I really like it. It's a good blend of the 3 and 7.

If you have to ask you weren't buying one anyways.

Truth be told I'm not a 5 series customer so I admit only those that ask why would you want one over the 8 speed buy all the 5's and sales for a manual would be nil.

I've been staring at different views of its rear for over 20 minutes. Sadly, my opinion still hasn't changed. If you desperately try to sell yourself something, then it just isn't for you.

A great option goes to waste all because of one detail.

5/m5 is already big enough, why they making it bigger? You can already fit 5 people and 3 suit cases, what else you need?
And i am not downgrading from m5 to m3/4 because they dont offer as much luxury as m5 do

Some people probably want a V8 with AWD.

Performance specifications of mass volume models like 520d and 530i are not really overwhelming. The current 520d and 528i are pretty much matching the new one.

Also, why using the B58 in the 540i with the lesser torque? In the M1/240i you get 10% more torque!?

When I'am not mistaken, they also have a B48 with 12% more torque, especially for the 530i that would make a noticeable difference and lift from very good to excellent level.

Really?

F10 535i - Curb weight - 1870 kg (4123 lbs)

All models seem to be around 200+ lbs lighter unless I'm missing something.

Looks nice, but I'm not a fan of the rear, especially the tail lights.

But it kinda looks better on this video:

Probably because the reflection of the car's paint from the lighting adds more dimension to the rear surrounding those tail lights.
