Just got rear ended. E90 SAVED MY LIFE. Dumb Lexus busted her radiator or something and her bumper is coming out a bit and damaged. Under her hood was smoking LOL. Hit me going 35 or something. Hard braking. The e90 just has scratches. Sucks is that the car infront got hit to. A FCKING SMALL HOLE CUZ MY TOWHOOK AND NOW ITS 3 car collision and im in the middle. Talked to my lawyer and they gonna handle it. I have dashcam footage also. ANYONE HAVE ANY TIPS IN THIS SITUATION?

That sucks. Let your lawyer handle it. That's what they do. Make sure you get your car thoroughly checked by a good body shop and mechanic. You never know what the crash may have bent or broken in the suspension and/or drivetrain.

My e90 😭😭 Still drives Amazing. Sigh. So gratefull it protected me. And Gratefull I have a lawyer that my family knows so well. Wow E90 is really like a rock. My bumper is still intact and even tho I have solid trans bushings and for the shifter stuff. Shifts amazing and drives amazing still.

I'd still get it inspected by a good shop. The Lexus drivers insurance will be paying for it so why wouldn't you?

Here's one... don't drive with a tow hook sticking out of your bumper. As you found out it can cause unnecessary damage to your car or others in the event of something like a fender bender. And it just plain looks dumb unless you're at the track.

Yeah took it to my shop. I need new struts anyways. He said just bumper and trunk. Good thing I have spare prelci trunk.

Looking at that lexus suv it seems made of paper, bumper hanging down and left wing separated from hood by gap, was the driver texting? to hit you.
Your E90 seems to be fine if drives ok just bumper repaint maybe.
