I want to replace my diffuser and most pictures here are of 550's. I would like to see pictures of some 540 Msport. Please let me know where it was purchased and how was the fitment. I'm looking for the rear diffuser that fits the Msport exhuast. The 550 diffuser doesn't look right with 540 exhaust. It's too big and looks odd. I have a Diana catback exhaust installed. Thanks in advance for all pictures and information.

I just went with the m performance style rear diffuser. Like the stock-ish look of it

Thanks. I had the paint shop that painted it do the install. The bumper has to come off. I think it's about a 3 hour job and had planned on doing it and the tail light install myself but have had no time ….

I recently swapped out the rear diffuser from an M5 Replica with Maxton Side Exentisions, to a M Performance variant.

Nothing a bit of heat from a hair dryer didnt fix - to mould the plastic closer to the car so that the clips would engage/stay.

I sourced a LCI diffuser (PN 51128098694) and painted it gloss black. Subtle change

I have a couple. stock exhaust diffuser and recently installed eBay diffuser with Remus axle back. Both fit pretty well. I can cut you a good deal on the stock exhaust diffuser if you are interested.

I ended up buying the diffuser from eBay. The problem was the bottom half of the diffuser wraps around the exhaust tip. I have a Dinan Catback exhaust and the diffuser will not fit around the exhaust tip. I need a diffuser that has an open bottom. The Dinan exhaust tips are 8.5 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Anyone have an eBay diffuser on a 540 Msport with a Dinan catback exhaust? Thanks for any help.

The bumper did have to come off to be able to take off the existing and install the new plastic bracket that holds the new diffuser. It comes matte plastic so you'll have to have it painted. I didn't do it myself. Had the Autobody shop that painted it do the install
