2018 540i Standard Brakes Feel
Just traded in my 2015 328i for a 2018 540i about a few weeks ago. So far loving the car, fully optioned with massaging seats, B&W speakers and all the other stuff. The car has 759 wheels with GoodYear Eagle F1's, brand new tires from the dealer.
One thing I noticed is that when pressing on the brakes hard coming to a stop, it feels kinda funny. Not necessarily a vibration, more like a phone buzzing under the foot feeling, if that make any sense at all. Is this a normal thing for the standard, non-m brakes on 759 wheels? The car also as adaptive dampers. Also, it doesn't seems that I can find service info for brake pads in the iDrive, like the older ones from my f30. |

no not normal. just go a 18 no Msport brakes either and doesn't vibrate. auto did when I test drove it but because the rain had rusted the rotors a little but they fixed it and now no vibration.
