Rate my deal: 2018 530e iPerformance

I wanted to get everyone's input on this...

2018 BMW 530e iPerformance
Executive Tier
M-Sport
Bluestone Metallic paint
Black with blue piping leather
Fineline Cove Matte Finish Wood Trim
Driving Assistance Package
Driving Assistance PLUS Package
Dynamic Handling Package
Wireless Charging and WiFi Hotspot
Harman Kardon surround sound system
Apple CarPlay Compatibility

MSRP is $67,525+995 destination = $68,520
BMW FS will pay remaining payments (by the time the car comes I'll have 3 remaining).

Sale Price $64,000 (it's roughly 7% off MSRP)
$4500 rebate applied, so cap cost would be $59500.
36 month lease
12k miles
MF 0.00172 (this is how they're adding back $1,000 over invoice).
Residual 58%
I'm rolling into payment 925 bank fee, and 699 (dealer fee, aka pure profit #2, but they wont budge).

Inception is $1500, which includes first month and $270 for tax on the $4500 "rebate" for the vehicle, and tag, about another 250-300. I'm not sure how exactly the rebate came to be or what it represents, other than I was sent a flyer from BMW for a pull ahead and 9k off the MSRP of the car, 4500 from dealer and 4500 from BMW.

Monthly is $814 including 6% FL tax. (tax is about $46, so base payment would be $768.

I can probably wait a few more months to see what the Christmas/end of year specials are, but I might need tires soon, soooooo, the sooner the better.

Thoughts on the deal? Seems within reason. They won't budge on the MF, I've tried, and I have better chances of winning the lotto than to take off their 699 fee in S. FL.

Thanks everyone!

The 2018's just came out so I would wait till Nov/Dec for better money factors and incentives. That's what my SA told me Friday

Where did the $4500 rebate come from? If you're counting on BMW to give you a cap cost reduction in the amount of the tax credit they'll receive from the fed you'll be disappointed. No such program currently exists from BMW. The only way to get that rebate is to buy/finance the vehicle. I've called BMW financial and BMWNA, and had my CA call people on his end to double/triple check. Unless it's a dealer level rebate which would be surprising, or something that just became available in the last 10 days, I'd be surprised if you actually get that rebate. It's dumb in my opinion, but BMW is being tight with the $ at the moment. If I'm wrong please educate me so I can get the rebate applied on my lease deal when I pick up my 530e in three weeks!

No clue, but I get the impression it’s a combination of prior 5 series owner loyalty, some dealer cash and possibly a third one, maybe BMW is passing some of the credit onto us. I checked the flyer again and it’s listed as a “$4500 BMW Market Allowance”. As I said, no clue what that means, or whether it’s specific to my Market. I’m in FL.

Managed to get it down to $799 including tax and $1200 drive off. Signed papers tonight. Now the wait begins...
