2017 LEDs (Interior/Exterior)
I have a 2017, so the first model year. I had one headlight module replaced in January when the DRL went out. Now, the driver side is turning "yellower" and probably on its way out (out of warranty... of course). The quote was $6k, just FYI. I think the assembly part itself was like $3k?
Interior, on the dash, the interior LED, looks like one of the bulbs is out? so the color is not consistent across. Not sure how easy that is to change or the cost. Anyone else experiencing this yet? I know bulbs don't last forever. The headlight one is a bit steep as the headlights themselves are still functioning normal.

Hey I know this member FullBolton on here created in youtube video explaining how to fix/replace the headlight module at a much cheaper cost than the dealer.
https://m.youtube.com/c/FullBoltOnGarage As far as the ambient light, not too sure about that. |

BMW has a TSB on the yellowing issue that doesn’t require them to replace the whole light when BMW is paying. I would use the TSB to get that cost more in line here.
