Question How do you secure loose items in your car from sliding around?

I will leave stuff like sunglasses, phone charger, pocket knife, etc., in the glove box or center console but it drives me nuts hearing it rattle around when I'm driving.

I know you can get trunk nets/organizers but is there anything similar for storage elsewhere?

I just put Microfiber Towels on the bottom of the glove box or center console and no more rattling. The MF towel also come in handy if there is an accidentally spill.

Each car is a bit different, but for my application I swapped out the grab handle with one of the sunglass holder things off Amazon and it works very well.

My knife, wallet, and keys stay put in the center arm rest with no issues.

My phone is either in the charger cubby by the cupholders, or its mounted on on magnet mount next to the air vents.

Seriously OP I get what you’re saying. For me I keep a case of water behind the drivers seat and that’s pretty annoying. I’m going to have to do something about it before Saturday when it gets its 1200 mile service.

The roads where I live are far from straight or level; it's a BMW paradise. I use a cardboard box in the trunk, about 14" x 14" x 6" strapped in with the E90 cargo net and cargo trunk mat. Stuff in the cabin is door pocket or center console.

I just don't carry around extra junk.
I hate when I do have to put in the snow brush.

We try not to carry too much crap. We have the EDC kit in the rear storage area. I also picked up a center console organizer on Amazon and that helps too.
