Do you know if you actually have PPF installed? Can you see any edges around the front of the car? If you don't see any edges, the PPF installer was a miracle worker, or you don't have PPF. If you don't have PPF, then I guess that's your clear coat coming off.

I have clear coat peeling in same area. I don't want car resprayed, you have to look for it on mine. Lower front bumper on passenger side

Sorry to say definitely looks like clear coat damage. Usually at very close visibility you would be able to tell if PPF was installed.

thx my mom drives the beast like it was made to so might be of that , or car wash. The bumper was freshly painted last year

That actually looks like clear coat and paint coming off due to poor prep work performed by whoever painted the front end last year
