Finally watched this. *Really* itching to get into an F90 to replace the F80, especially since I wasn't too enthused for the M550i pre-LCI. The update is making me re-think that though. Will definitely keep this car on my radar.

Get an M5. Brakes, suspension and steering system are not the same in both cars.

I thought this was a really good review. What we have to remember is that the M550i is not trying to be an M5... as a product I think it is really well conceived. Fast and comfortable transport, but with soft(er) suspension etc than the M5. I'd definitely consider one, but currently my mileage is so limited that I can barely justify keeping the 540 I have already got!!

I think the issue with performance side of a car such as this in the UK is not really having anywhere where you can really get it to stretch its legs.
Even my 540 if you put your foot down , the fun last but a few seconds before you are at the legal speed limit.

Not saying I wouldn't want one but frustrating in this country as a rule.
