I used to get notifications when the charging process has started on my 2018 530e as soon as I plug it in.

Now, I only get a notification when charging has completed. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Go to your profile (bottom right), then click on Settings (gear wheel top right), go down to App, notifications, then under Types you can select which notifications you like. Hope that helps

Have you checked the settings in the app to be sure it is enabled?

Currently all notification sliders are set to "on." I tried turning them all off, exiting the app and then turning them back on.

Will report back if this fixes the issue after work today. Thanks!

If that doesn't work, I'd try deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Hmm, this just happened to me, will see if same occurs tomorrow..

Been fine up to today as far as I can remember, not that 8 weeks is that long to remember!
