BMWM Facebook/Instagram sites and M550

I recently started following the BMWM Facebook and Instagram sites. These are the official sites of the M division. There are many posts about M cars like M8, M5, M4, M3, M2 etc. and also the M440, M340, M235, and M135; but, I have yet to see a post on the M550. No mention in their M-Town videos and sites either. What's up with that? Its an M car isn't it?

No idea but I wouldn't expect to see any non-pure M car in an M-Town video.

As Crypto said above it’s not a pure M car, but you would think they wouldn’t show the M440, M340, etc. if that was the case.

The "M"550i is pretty much overlooked.

All other platforms seem to have a huge following, but the 5 Series is sorta the old dog of the bunch compared to the M850i, M440i, etc.

Old geezers and boring 30 year olds buy them 🤣.

I love the 5 Series. My dad drives a M550i and he's an old geezer, I'm the boring 30 year old and I drive a M550i.

I had an M4. Went to COTA in Austin for the annual M Track Days. That was the first time I drove the M550, in the drag races using traction control. It was awesome, without all the M4 wheelspin. Traded my M4 for one, and was in heaven......until M Gruppe removed me, and all my friends on the forum started calling me a poser for saying I had my second M car. This debate is endless, of course. Any car M Division modifies is an M car, IMHO. Some get full modification, and have a single number designation. Others get a partial modification. I've now additionally driven, at COTA, the M2,3,4 & 5Comp, The X6M and the X5M. The M550 is the best car I have ever owned, and the right M car for driving on the street, again IMHO. YMMV. And that's OK.

PS I'm an old geezer

Social networks are run by SMM managers who do not always understand car models. It is unnecessary to draw conclusions because there were no publications with a specific model on Instagram. Perhaps BMW's marketing department considers it unsuitable for advertising posts.
I started Instagram just a few months ago, but I already realized that it is a great platform for promoting products or brands. The Famoid service helped me attract new subscribers, and I am already preparing content.
If you saw an account dedicated to BMW cars, would you subscribe?

What did you think of the X6M and X5M?

N63/S63 is one of the best turbo of last decade. I was wondering would it become collector item in years to come. As BMW transitions to BEV and V8 become ultra luxury and obsolete?

It's cool that you're following the BMWM Facebook and Instagram sites, especially the ones from the M division. They showcase some sweet rides like the M8, M5, M4, M3, M2, and even the M440, M340, M235, and M135. But it's kinda odd that they haven't featured the M550, right? You'd think it is an M car, it would get some love too! Well, sometimes social media can be a bit unpredictable, and certain models might not get the spotlight they deserve. However, if you're looking to boost your Instagram presence or get more views, you could check out this website. They offer services on how to buy views on Instagram, which could help you get your content noticed.
