So inspired by a similar thread found in the X5 forums, I wanted to ask you guys what speaker settings do you have on your g30?

I find that I keep everything in the middle and can't tell the difference between Logic 7 off or on. With Logic 7 on it is more refined and with it off, the music just sounds louder.

My HK settings are exactly what's been prescribed on the x5 forum. I like it.

Maybe because I have a 2017 model with I drive 6 I don't have that Logic feature. Mine simply has a enable/disable feature for Logic.

What’s your music source? Start by getting that right and then tweak the EQ.
e.g. in my ‘19 i3 I use Tidal from my iPhone, physically cabled via USB. Not streaming from Bluetooth made a significant improvement to audio quality.

I wish I had an Aux port (usb & usb-c only ) - then I’d connect an AudioQuest DragonFly Cobalt DAC.

Your last sentence is the best response. And for anyone who is not old yet, let me warn you about what happens to your hearing. You lose highs and lows (insert Bose joke here). I’m at an age, and I have horrible tinnitus, that I still can hear highs and lows, but they are greatly diminished.
