I’m looking for how thick the wall diameter on the exhaust.(how thick the exhaust metal is) On a 2021 BMW M550 and a 2011 BMW 550XI

Why? Perhaps if we knew a bit more about what you're looking for...we could answer the question.

Are you inserting something inside...or adding something that needs to go over the exhaust pipe?

If you have a caliper...you could measure it. Harbor Freight usually sells a simple caliper for not much money.
