CEL - Possible Bad O2 Sensor

My 2019 540 with 28,000 miles is showing a Check Engine. I have a catted down pipe , upgraded fuel pump and bm3 stage 2+. The code came up as Engine (DME) 12A902 - Lambdasonde2 bank1,electrical:Short circuit to ground. I cleared the code and it reappeared the next day. Now my question, is 28,000 miles kinda early to replace the O2 sensors? Should I replace all of the sensors at once or in pairs? I can order NTK Wideband Oxygen Sensor for $179.99 each from AutoZone. Have anyone used NTK O2 sensors or is it best use BMW sensors from the dealer? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
