Question with the M-Tech Side Skirts

In this pic if you look at them the swoop downward at the bottom of the back front wheel well:

but these are the M-tech sides skirts I see on every M-teched car:

see they dont swoop down at the rear. .... so are the ones on the black modified ???

on the black car, it's the reflection of the ground, its not really 'swooping downwards in the back"

I just swapped my OEM's with M-Tech. I'll take a few pictures to help compare.

the difference is not very dramatic, more of an added subtle aggressiveness

Not the best pictures, but I can see the difference in that they flare out more. I don't know if you guys can though.
