Warranty void sport plus

Hello,

Will coding sport plus void my warranty?

I know I read on the forum that coding options on the car does not void warranty but I think sport plus coding is different (I'm not quite sure about the difference between sport and sport+ to be honest)

What you mean code sport+? When you press sport 2 times, it goes into sports+. You dont already have that?

Do you mean coding the car to start by default in Sport+? No that will not void the warranty. That is the only thing I can think you are asking.

Nope. Sport+ is not available at the moment. When I switch to sport theres only normal and individual.

No, I was asking if coding the sport+. As of now I do not have sport+ as the car is 520i and not an M Sport.

I saw a video on YT with a guy coding sport+ option on his g20 (330i).

Ah, I understand. I guess I just assume we all have Sport Plus. Definitely sounds like something they could call you out on if something went wrong with your engine and you code a car that didn't have it by design to having it.
