I tried searching but didn't find a definitive answer. The OEM M Sport "retrofit kit" has a bunch of small bits and pieces. Is there a list I'm not seeing of what is needed to do a full M sport kit all around? I've got bumpers and skirts on order but want to make sure I've got any other parts needed before handing it off to the body shop. I've got the M550i fogless grills, finishers and center grill for the front

Hello,

For installing M front bumper, you only need:

• 51718060031
• 51718060032

Sill skirts M and non M are identical fitment,nothing else needed.

For installing rear bumper you need obviously M bumper it self:

• 51128064713 Flap, towing eye, primed If your bumper does not have one.
• 51128064714 Exhaust support
• 51128064718 Cover, bumper, rear ( diffuser for the bumper ) If you are planning to install aftermarket one, you can skip this,and get aftermarket diffuser. ( I went for M5 diffuser rear ).
• 51128067762 Guide, center rear
• 51128066721 Guide, rear left ( basically left bumper bracket holder )
• 51128066722 Guide, rear right ( basically right bumper bracket holder ).

All of the bolts are the same,nothing else is needed to buy. ( I installed grills from M550 model as well ( fogless ), well i bought them new OEM.

Do you know the front and rear M bumper part numbers? Do these come painted already? If not how expensive is it to have them painted?

Total price of painting and installion was $3,400.
I did the whole m-sport conversion.

If you plan to order new bumpers, they do not come painted , they will be primed only.

You can look for used bumpers and just get the shop to paint them,rather then buying new one, that's what i did

As for bumpers, part numbers would be:

• front - 51118069076 ( this bumper would have 6 pdc holes , as your car may have 4 , so check for that ).
  
• Rear- 51128073725 (this bumper would have 6 pdc holes , as your car may have 4 , so check for that )
