Apologies if this has been asked and answered already, but couldn't find anything when searching.

Anyway.

I have a 2021 530e and have a question on charge timer settings.
Is it possible to instruct the car to delay charging until a certain time?
For the next charge only and without setting a start time.
I've looked both in the car and in the app without luck so far.

Reason is that electricity prices fluctuates like crazy here, daytime is up to 10x higher than night time.
But on the other hand, I don't want the heating turned on etc to a start time since I don't always use the car the next day.
So nothing fancy that automates it, just a one time setting for the next charge is enough.

You should be able to select charge times from the Mybmw app
Select charging mode in charge and climate timer from the app.
Then select charge in time slot.

For heating please just dont select any "departure time". That would ensure that you do not start the heating.

I think this can also be selected from the car, though not sure

The app doesn't allow setting a charging time slot without setting a departure time. It just gives an error prompt stating just that if I try.

I can enter a "charge in time" with both "climate control" and "departure times turned off" without any errors.
