759i Wheels

I had my set of 759i wheels finished in Satin Performance Bronze.

The diamond cut face on 2 wheels started to show signs of milking/corrosion so took this as opportunity to have them redone. I narrowed it down to this and Gloss Black but thought I'd go for something different.

Just need to get some new centre caps and protect the wheels with C5 Wheel Armour.

I like how they look on your car, but I feel you do lose some of what makes the 759 special by painting over the machined surface with a solid colour. Just my two cents.

The machined surface started to show signs of milking/corrosion under the lacquer. I've seen it's quite common on BMW diamond cut wheels, hence why I chose to have them powder coated.

OK, so now I REALLY want to do this to mine. I think it would look amazing on my Carbon Black Metallic.

It looks like they turned out amazing. I also powder coated rims, but went with gloss black. I like the contrast of yours on the car.

If you had told me that you were putting bronze wheels on a Bluestone vehicle I would have said it was a bad idea. But man...this is VERY well executed! Looks amazing!
