I'm considering painting my 668M wheels gloss black. Not that they don't look good in cerium paint, but I have converted all my cerium trim over to gloss black and my wheels are the only trim on the car now that isn't black. I switched all the trim over as my car is painted rosso corsa and I wanted the black trim with the red. Here's a pic I found online of the 668M painted partially in gloss black. Time will tell, but for me, I am more likely to go with the 728M wheels that are optional on the M850i.

Funny you should raise this. Mine are being converted as we speak. Pic from the shop, better ones next week after I pick up the car. I changed all my cerium to gloss black, too, and I found OEM finish to be too dull.

Believe me, I wish I could oblige. Car has been at the dealer for over a month. Now needs a new wiring harness (which must be custom built in Germany). What a mess. 😡

Geeze, sorry to hear about your troubles. Bummer! Hope things get resolved soon with your car. I won't bother any more and know you'll post when you get the car back.

These are aftermarket wheels in the same style in the color that you're curious about. Hopefully, it will be helpful for you.
