Backseat removal?
Anyone know if you remove the back seat (non-folding) it you would still have the opening or is the chassis closed off?
Mainly as non-folding seats are ok 90% of the time but when you do need them and don’t have them it’s a right pain. Just want to know if, although taking more time, you would be able to just remove the seat when needed |

I guess this doesn't fully answer your question, but here's the detail on how to remove the non-folding rear seats:
https://www.newtis.info/tisv2/a/en/g...mal/1VnZEKFuvc You can probably tell from the interior in the rear whether there appears to be any metal bracing that closes the chassis from the trunk. I suspect not, as the chassis is no doubt designed to cater for both folding and non-folding variants. |

Seems like that part of the car frame is consistent, whether you have the folding seats or not.

Thanks! Didn’t know those sites
Yeah I agree it would make sense that the body is the same but I remember this wasn’t on all models. Would make things easier to find decent specced ones as the split seat option here in the UK is rare. |
