I originally had a 10:30am delivery time on a Saturday and I went the Welt the Friday before and requested to pull the delivery schedule early so they gave me a 8:40am time slot instead. I asked to pull back a full day but they can't for the reasons of insurance and registration and paperwork for your delivery doesn't arrive until the day before (at least for me) sometime in the afternoon.

thanks, going to try that. My drop off date won't change, and if I take delivery 2 days earlier on Saturday that will put me at exactly 14 days with the car

I've never experienced PSS tires but I hear mostly good things. The grip of the Contis is great but definitely noisy and rough IMO.

I have experienced the PSS vs. ContiSport 3 and they are not on the same playing field. The PSS is the SUPERIOR tire. But this is the 5P (really the 4th version but they skipped 4 since its they didn't want to offend the Chinese?). If the 5P only matches the PSS in grip then it is still the inferior tire. PSS are quiet, comfy, wear well and grip just as well.

Exactly. You will not be able to move your date at this point. Car has registration and insurance to start on your ED date. All your paperwork is ready to go, and so are the logistics.

Yeah they definitely will let you. Just go in to the Welt and the checkin counter, let them know that you're taking delivery the day after and they give you a card with all the info on it and free entry to the museum.

Go by the and check in the day before, they will give you your tickets along with your vests and key chain. You can save the time the next day.
