My dealer told me a week and a half to us in Minnesota. Chicago should be less time.

Oh that's good news. My dealer is only about 80 miles south of the VDC it's being unloaded at so maybe it can actually can get there by next week. 🤞

Thanks, that's great! I still have the "Retrofitting the receiver audio module" open but the closer to home the better.

Mine is also showing “at the port”. Mostly at east coast I think as my dealer is from DC area. I paced order Sep1st and I see wireless charging is taken off that time. But when I just try to build now, I see it is showing under AddituonalPackages/Options section for Zero usd. Looks like who ever placed orders during Aug/Sep/Oct time we are missing this. Am I correct?

My understanding is that the wireless charging was discontinued because it didn't charge very well.

I ordered 8/23
In production 9/ 25 – 5 weeks from start of build
Exterior Body 10/5 – 6 weeks from start of build
Paint booth 10/5 – 6 weeks from start of build
Entering Assembly Line 10/7 – 6 weeks from start of build
Assembly in Progress – 10/7 - 6 weeks from start of build
Quality Check – 10/7 – 6 weeks from start of build
Final Assembly – 10/7
Ready for Transport – 10/7
Awaiting Carrier Assignment – 10/7
Dispatched from Factory 10/12 – 7 weeks from start of build
At the Port 10/14 – 7 weeks from start of build
Still at the Port on 10/18 – week 8
Still at the Port on 10/25 – 11 days at the port
Still at the port on 11/9.
On the ship 11/10! -27 days at the port
In Baltimore on 11/26
Up to 5-12 days to get to dealer during normal times.

Total: 104 days (3 months and 12 days)

Mine is supposed to be at the dealership on December 6th. I closed the deal on September 28th but the car had already been ordered for dealer stock. It was in 112 status so we made numerous changes to the order. The longest wait for me was the 3 weeks at Bremerhaven waiting for a ship.

Awesome glad you guys got tentative dates. I spoke with Genius yesterday and he said it would be unloaded off ship same day and head to their VDC but couldn't give me an ETA on when it would be loaded onto transport for delivery. Reached out to my SA to see if she has any knowledge. Considering you guys have a 9/10 day turnaround time though I'm optimistic about late this week/early next week.

Update: SA said should be at dealership on 12/3.

They just closed this issue. It's still in Baltimore but it means that BMW has a supply of chips here in the US which is good for the rest of you guys with unfinished cars.

Dang....there is a little delay on mine. It has been released from the VPC but is waiting for a truck. Delivery to the dealership is expected on 12/8.

ok, here is some update, my dealer took screenshot and sent to me about the status. It is at VPC as STOP SALE.
Received at VPC 11/24.
Work order started 11/29.
Work order completed is empty.

Does this mean they got the parts and started working on 11/29. If so that’s a good news. I will update when things got changed.

It's official gentleman (and ladies). We have a baby G30!

Absolutely in love, the smile on my face was just slightly behind my actual first born.

Only wish that I didn't put on and should have is the Shadowline package so if you're wavering definitely do it! But simple fix nothing I can't change down the line.

I'll provide a longer term review later on but for now going to go enjoy it.
