I'm thinking about installing the JB Plus in my 2023 540i! A bit worried about voiding my warranty. I'd also like to understand the advantages and disadvantages.

if you tune the car and cause damage, your dealership won't fix it for free.

The odds of this happening are very close to zero per all the data we have and hundreds of thousands of tuned cars with no issues.

if you are worried about and want a 100% guarantee, then keep it stock

Not worth it if you have a warranty.


Especially if you live in a place where you can never use it (outside of a track). In stock form, the car is already quite good, but as a US driver, you would not get to experience this often--if ever.
