damn that M3 model is so nasty. How come the california looks so good but the M3 looks like an amateur modeled it? Do they outsource their stuff?

I think it has to do with what track you're on. All cars seem to look better on some tracks compared to others. The M3 pics is are from Maple Valley and the California pics are from Suzuka. I took some M3 pics at Suzuka and noticed they seem to look a lot better. I think, I'm just guessing, that some tracks in Forza 3 render at much higher quality than others.

Great pics everyone! But is it me, or are the graphics just barely better than Forza 2? It isn't 10 times as many polygons as they promised.

I can't speak personally, but I would imagine that it doesn't seem that much better until you actually play Forza 2 again, and then it will become apparent. I think it's a bit better but it isn't exactly night and day.

Honestly, the entire game is somewhat of a disappointment for me. Waiting for GT5 if it ever comes out. This will tide me over pretty well though.
