May be a demo car? Basically, a 12% discount plus incentives. That is higher than normal, especially for a car in shorter supply than M5's.

Lease proposal on an M550
Got a proposal on a 2019 M550 lease:
10k/36m MSRP: $86450 - 8k in discounts & rebate + 3280 in taxes + 1128 in fees Sell: $83458 - cap cost reduction: $6800 $985/mo Fees leaning a bit high, cap cost isn't too bad for out of pocket. |

Bump.....
What deals are folks getting these days without MSDs. I am especially interested in 540 deals. Incentives / MFs / Residuals are nowhere where they used to be when I leased my F10.

This isn't a screaming deal, but I think it was pretty good for a total of 10 mins of negotiation:
2019 M550i MSRP=$80,230 $1,330 total out of pocket (first payment and fees) 36 months / 10k miles per year $939/month before tax |
