For those who leased...
What was your final price on the car, down payment, and monthly payment? (also how many miles per year and how many months for the lease?)
Also, what were you told the residual was at the time you leased?

MSRP was $52.545.
Rolled in $4000 negative equity from trade-in $1000 out of pocket for first month's payment and all the other crap They've also thrown in Sports line floor mats, 2 key covers, 2 mugs and 2 baseball caps from the store (probably worth couple of hundred bucks) $755/mo including taxes etc. for 36 months and 10K/year

Hassel BMW has a 328i modern line on the floor, msrp is 49K+, they have it on sale for something like $479/mo down from $650/mo, its in silver, I saw it this morning when I dropped off my car for service. This was the first time I stood next to the car, and it was next to a F10, and the F30 is so much nicer, and so big by comparison to previous models, especially my beloved e46.

leased a no-line base 328i with only moonroof and paying $355/mo (tax included)
breakdown (sorry, numbers are approx. since I'm at work and dont have the paperwork in front of me): approx. $38000 msrp put down $5500 off equity from previous car (sold to carmax, those guys are awesome), includes drive-off and first month pmt basically worked down from their initial offer of $375+tax/mo for about 30 min. of haggling (got help from my dad) 12k miles per year, 36 months i believe the residual stated was around 24 to 25k, but then again the car is bare. |

MSRP was $45k
36 mos/10k miles per yr/ payt is $599 incl 7% tax. total due was $2600, but then I got the test drive credit of $300, and $500 rebate for being a BMW Car Club of America member... I know I didn't get the absolute best deal, but thrilled with the car and I was one of the very first to order, so I paid a premium for that...

What I'm being offered:
MSRP $47,995 Sales Price Discount $2,505 Fees and Registration $1,380.50 Trade in $2,000 MF .0019 Residual 65% $1223 start up costs $1777 cap cost reduction $483.52/mo. 36 months/10k miles I think there's some fluff in there. I can't get the online lease calculators to match up with these numbers. |

Does this include the tax or separate? If its separate, I can get to ~$486 per month using these numbers
