2 "issues" with my new 530e

1) About half the time, the bottom of the car scrapes on the top of my driveway; does anyone know of a setting that will raise it a little? It's an M Sport.

2) It won't "discover" my iPhone; has anyone else had that problem?

Easist thing is to take it back to the dealer and have a genius help you. They do that for free.

1) My car scrapes like you wouldn't believe if I don't go sideways. Approach the driveway at an angle keeping your front wheel straight in relation to your car. Once you are over the hump you can turn in to straighten the car.

2) make sure your phone's OS is up to date. Turn your phone completely off then on again and repair it to the car. If that doesn't work unpair it then do it again.

Go slow and approach the step ramp/drive at an angle.

On my former 330e I ripped my belly pan going over steep depressions in the road. More of a problem with the sport suspension but still need to be careful, especially at concrete stops when parking face in.

Yeah concrete parking stops could rip apart the bumper cover if not cover. Ideally, the car should never ever come into contact with one. However, these cars are long and stick out of most compact parking spaces so you have to carefully pull in as much as possible while be mindful of not hitting the concrete block.

Both of those things worked; YOU are the genius.
