Just had my new 5" Osprey Performance Super Sports Cat delivered today. I've heard very good things about the Osprey Downpipes and have had my eye on this for a while. 20% off last week made the purchase even better.

It's 200 cell which is the same as my current VRSF catted downpipe, however this one has a bigger 5" tube, stepping down to a 4". It says this matches the flow of a decat downpipe so there's no more compromise on power with this sports cat.

This is the first piece of the puzzle, for the next lot of power modifications on my 540ix.

I've followed Chris's work on Instagram for a while and more recently his YouTube channel - he truly knows his stuff. The attention to detail and the effort that goes into his fabrication work is second to none. This looks like a piece of art!

How can any cell count match the flow of no restriction in the same pipe?

Or are they saying the pipe is so big a 5” catted is the same as a 4” catless. I’d want the 5” catless at that point if we really think it makes a big difference.

My understanding is that the 5" catted dp is being compared to the ' normal' sized catless dp that's widely available

I hoping to do a dyno runs before and after the new dp is fitted.
