My biggest complaint are that I didn't get the cool looking Icon Headlights and I didn't get the M Sport body. Since those are my fault, they don't count. As for actual failures, the active grills motor died and were replaced, the car had a wastegate module die and was replaced and one of the trunk struts died and was replaced. Beyond that, I have no complaints really.

I can still switch to sport when I want to but I use Adaptive mode most of the time (I don't use Comfort or EcoPro). |

2018 G30 D xDrive M Sport
Having driven 4,000 miles in this car I'm super pleased. This is my 12th BMW. My last was a 2015 F10 D M sport. That was a great car. This one is that much better. MSRP was $85,000 with too many options to list. Gesture control is a bit of a gimmick but the rest are great. Best one yet so far.
One small complaint: Goodyear Eagles (OEM) have a resonating humming sound. Not the typical RF roar but something different. Dealership ruled out wheel bearings. Sent to corporate as a complaint. I think it's those Goodyears myself. |
