Dynamic turn signal

Just wondering if anyone has dynamic turn signals (blinkers)?
Surely there is an easy way of doing this.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

What do you mean, signals that go on automatically when you start turning? You do realize that your turn signal is supposed to be a signal of desire/intent not one of "I'm already turning" and should be turned on before you turn/lane change, right?

Additionally, in many jurisdictions it is legally required to signal intent a short distance before initiating your turn. So you can still get a ticket for having your signal on when you turn due to you failing to signal intent early enough.

I don't see how a car can read your mind to know your intent. You can only maybe have an option if you're using navigation and the car knows a turn is coming up you'll take in x feet? But that doesn't align with any of the current auto systems BMW is shipping in the G30 (or any of their cars from my understanding).

Are you guys serious!

Ok...a dynamic LED indicator signal that runs to the outside of the car.
Instead of “blinking” they start on the inside edge and the led’s light up and run towards the outer edge.
Lexus vehicles have them.....have none of you seen them?

You mean you want an arrow I guess? No idea but thought Lexus's way looks kinda dumb... though I suppose that means easier to tell between braking and turn signal (in case one side goes out)

Basically like a sequential turn signal like Mustang has? I think the new Audis also have it. I don't believe coding it is an option for our cars (yet?).

When I had an 07 Mustang GT, you could buy the sequential tail lights by themselves which a lot of people did and then a few years later, they came from the factory like that.

You could google around and see if someone makes them for our cars. You never know what's out there on the internet.

Yep, there are aftermarket parts that will do the job.

This is just the mirror, but I'm not doing any deeper of a search.

I am not vouching for it though. OP can do their own research that way.

Hmm highly doubtful because our indicators are optical effect meaning 1 or 2 diodes lit up the whole light rather than having individual diodes in a line which can be modded to go sequential. Both front and rear appears to have very few diodes required for the turn signal.

I think I have dynamic turn signals. When I switch them on they are not staying on, but are blinking... So they must be dynamic. Head lights are static - when switched on, they stay on.

I'd pay to have the retarded signals deactivated.... looks like some 3 year old coder has been playing. Each time I see it on an Audi I feel sick

It nearly as annoying as the faulty headlamps you see failing to work when the indicator comes on... or the faulty wiring to fog lights where they go off for no reason

If one cannot see the difference between turning indicator and baking light, one must be colorblind.

To be honest I find it harder to see the dynamic signals than the traditional ones. Was behind an a3 recently and the indicator "strip" was too narrow and the dynamic nature of the flash made it hard to see especially when the brake light was on.

For the tail lights, there is a plug and play resistor that you plug into the outside tail lights. It has a scale on it to adjust the speed of the delay.

For the side view mirrors, AutoTeknic sells dynamic signals on their website.

Headlights, I don't think there are any options.
