Hey Guys/Gals,

I'm looking at slowly replacing all the black plastic trim on my car (grill, splitter, mirror caps, etc.). I want to stay with genuine BMW M Performance parts when possible. I've shopped around on BMW's website and located nearly every part I need, save for CF side skirts. Other companies offer CF side skirt options at varying pricing. Costs range from a few hundred dollars to over $2k for the 3D Design pieces. Two questions: Does BMW offer genuine CF side skirts for the G30 and why are 3D Design's (Japanese) pieces so expensive?

Car is a 2018 540d.

IND is a good source for mods that are portable between chassis.

If you look at that thread, the seller has attached the instructions for installation and they even include the G30 and M550. I'd say your safe.

Ok, thanks for this. I know they must make them because the car in the Verde Ermes video is outfitted with them. When I search on BMW's website, they do not appear available for the G30. Maybe I need to search for the M5? I assume they have the same body sides.
