hi, I'm considering buying one of these wireless chargers that fit in the center console where the cupholders are, like this:

They're popular on AliExpress/Amazon
But they always mention G30 up to 2019
I think maybe it's because they say it won't fit on later models.
This could be because of the NFC pad that is in mine (model 2022)

I’ve not bought one but as far as I can tell the charging pad area looks the same dimension wise on the pre LCI as the LCI ( I’ve had both)
I’m not aware of differences between them as regards that

I thought maybe the NFC pad takes a bit of space, and makes the charger not fit any more.
On the ads they say it won't fit with a console that already has the BMW stock wireless charger, but I guess that takes way more room than what the NFC adds

Another option on LCI s there is a usb-c charging port in the centre console

I bought one like this a year or so ago. It works well and I'm quite pleased. It won't fit the LCI, but I wouldn't hesitate to get a similar LCI-compatible unit.

Do you also have a tray with this NFC symbol on it ? and it does fit ?

I think NFC means the stock wireless charger, which means it won't fit. Mine didn't come with the wireless charger and it fits perfectly. The only issue is it can get "loose" if a hard water bottle that barely fits in the holder is frequently removed and not put back carefully. When that happens I just push down on the unit and everything is good. Other than that minor issue, it's been perfect. This is with my iPhone13 pro/max with a silicone case.

All I know there are 3 (maybe even 4) versions:
1) pre-LCI stock tray
2) LCI tray with NFC (for BMW keycard)
3) LCI tray with stock wireless charger
4) LCI tray without LCI/charger (not sure if this exists)
