My production date still shows as the 23rd, yet my status hasn't changed from 150 - production begins. Hopefully I'll cycle through all of the stages to being dispatched from the factory in the next 48 hours or so.

Keep being told that is due for production week 25 (ie - now) and that the anticipated delivery date is W/C 11th July. Seriously frustrating, but then, so has the last (several) months been. I do think mine takes slightly longer than a couple of days to make and assemble, but who knows. Apparently next status update is Thursday (tuesday and thursday being the days they usually are updated) so I think we may have something more then. Are you holding your breath as well |

The Tuesday update obviously happens later than when I checked.
I have now skipped to :- The current status for your beautiful BMW 545e is paint shop start, status code 153 which was updated today. You are starting to be my good luck charm! - thank you :-) |

I'm in QC now (today was my build date, so it's on schedule). I don't know why I'm optimistic that my car will somehow sail right through the massive port delays that everyone else is experiencing, but I'm going to hold onto those good vibes as long as I can.

Now en route to Southampton.
Finally, it's looking good. VIN checked, only thing missing (so it says) is the B&W which I had to approve, or lose the car. So many things currently missing from UK configurator that I would not order at the moment. |

Car has been in QC since 6/27, wanted to see if anyone else in US is in the same position...
From what I have read this can go from a week or two all the way to a month. Sometimes you might not even be in QC at all, a boat is just being located... |

My car was built 6/23, went to the port 6/25, and has been sitting there since. I've followed the M3/M4 ordering and tracking forum because it's far more active than this one, and it seems some people do get stuck in QC for a while. It's probably worth asking your CA to get you more info.

Not so good news - as while en route to Southampton for yesterday, it didnt..
Now at Status 195 still, at port of exit. Now due in UK 15-16th, so delivery to me was set for 19th, which now seems unlikely. So many twists and turns on this road, along with the occasional 'black hole'. |

Yet another twist, after having been told it was still at port of exit, twice, it is now apparently in the UK. Somewhere.
Quite where? well, that's something I cannot decipher as of yet, but happy knowing that when I get back off holiday it **should** now be waiting for me. But who knows. |

That痴 great news! I知 a week 29 build with production date 7/13. How long was your overall timeline up to this point?

I just confirmed that I am on the Orion Highway! I placed an order the first week of May, and was able to get an existing allocation that was already scheduled for week 25. It finished its build on June 23rd, moved to the port by June 28th, and shipped yesterday!

Well, I finally have confirmation that the car is in Southampton, where it was supposed to be, and arrived on the day it was due to.
Quite what happened to the other news - no idea. 19th should be a good day. An 8.5 month wait. |

Any update on getting on a boat? Mine was dispatched from factory yesterday. There are some boats coming in this upcoming week so I'm hoping a good chunk of the back log has gone on to ships already or is almost filled and the batch I'm with fills those ships lol
