I just bought the same exact car but I did get the DHP pkge. My car is stuck at the port awaiting a radio chip but hope to have it in 2-8 weeks. I will post then but look forward to your observations. Best of luck to you w this beauty!!

Nice color combo, that gray is really nice. Was choosing between that and tanzanite, tanzanite won. Ordered mine from Jacobs beginning of October and just now it’s going into production. I’m hoping for a smooth process. Any interior pics?

I'm liking that Alcatrana head liner. I didn't realize it was on the pillars also. Looks nice.

Oh, yes, the Alcantara is on the A pillars...the option seemed expensive but I really like the material.

What are the chances you were driving on lake st in Bloomingdale around 11am. Almost broke my neck looking at a car like this.

Only gloss black 20 are the special edition 1001i alloys that I have fitted.

Easy enough to pick up used in Europe.

It could not have been me...I don't drive the M550i in the winter (plus it has summer tires on it). It is funny that I got the car on 12/15/2021, drove it ~350 miles and then parked it for the winter. I wish it had arrived earlier!

I'm now rockin' a Grand Marquis. That thing puts a grin on my face, especially when I do school dropoff/pickup or give it to the valet at a fancy restaurant!

The Grand Marquis is a riot...the wife and kids absolutely loathe it. My wife won't be seen in it, but it is funny to roll around in it. I need a "My other car is a Grand Marquis" bumper sticker for the M550i! I love having a somewhat expensive car and a real piece of shite.

It seems to be something to do with the image upload API used - it gets confused on the HEIC images (JPG is fine) - I've seen that on a few other (non-car) sites

I seriously love this color. When I first got mine it was early so I never got to see this color in person, but now seeing more and more of it, I do regret not picking this color.

How was the experience selling your old car to CarMax? I'm considering selling our X3 to them as they are offering the best price right now at least.

It was very straight forward. It started with an online approaisal, a call and then I uploaded 10 pictures of the car. I will let u know after I drop it today if they honored the price and how the transaction goes. I am hoping it goes well. The price they offered me was very fair. If I hadnt bought my car out of state I would have traded it for the tax savings but its almost a wash now anyway due to the amount carmax offered. Carvana offered 9K less.

Thanks for the info. I've been checking CarMax, Carvana and Vroom and until recently CM had the lowest offer but the last two times I checked, CarMax was $3k-$5k higher than the others. We're thinking of going down to one car so if I'm ever able to actually do it, it would be an outright sale.
