My transaction was hard enough buying out of state, finding a trailer to ship my car and selling to carmax. If I had ordered in state it would have been less stressful but the Maryland dealer had almost the exact car I wanted built and In germany so I didnt have to go thru the order process and roll the dice w other stop sale delays

Well my Carmax experience was tiring but in the end they gave me exactly what the car appraised for online. The place was 75 minutes from my house and very busy when we arrived. They had plenty of people working and a good structure to deal w people both buying and selling cars. My transaction got stuck in the their computer program and if I had not got up to complain about the wait I might still be there. Fortunately someone who cared overheard me getting a hard time from one of the admins and helped me complete the deal. It took a littel over two hours but its done. At a minimum I would try them to get a number on line every time I sell a car to use against dealers on a trade and I would utilize them again to sell. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I am so jealous Mike! Absolutely perfect! My next one is going to be identical in color and trim. I hope they offer Bernina Gray on the new 5 series in a few years.
