offset e92 ?

will aftermarket wheels front 19x8.5 et 40 and 19x9.5 rear et 44 work on e92 with 12mm spacers on rear only? no tires yet

yes everything will work with or without spacers. Youll have about 7mm of clearance in front and 15mm in rears without spacers.

Yes, without spacers it will look nasty though, so keep the spacers

The setup will work but the 12mm spacers will make it proper. You'll want to run the 19x8.5 with a 235/35/19 and the 19x9.5 ET*32 with a 265/30/19.

if they came off a 2006 328i the hub and bore is the same right ? thanks guys
