2021 M550 Finally Arrived

Well, 8 months and 10 days after submitting the order to the dealer, the car arrived.

The twist in this saga was telling the dealer I didn't want this car about 2 months ago and planning to order an M5 Competition instead. They went 2 months without receiving an allotment for an M5 and also after speaking to the dealer it looks like M-Car allotments are going to be heavily constricted for a while.

I was also told the entire Central Region hadn't received any M5 allotments in the last month and all the M3s and M4s finishing production were being issued a stop sale. So I decided to take delivery of my original order and bail on the idea of the M5. So here is my build. Alpine white with Ivory Nappa, every option box checked.

Makes me think twice of settling for a 540. I would imagine it will be quite at home in the left lane of 465. Nice car, congrats.

I was torn between Ivory and mocha interior. I ordered mocha since our last 2 cars have had very light colored interiors and it was time for a change. That ivory looks great, though!

Nicely done !

She's a keeper for sure. Do you have to put front plates on ?
If so, check out www.stonsho.com. No holes, easy to take off.

Thankfully no front plates in Indiana

I really like the M550 in white. I think the different rear vs the 540 makes it pop. Congrats!

Wow beautiful! Really considering going M550 for our next lease. I love the 540 but looking at this makes me second guess my decision! Interior looks mint
