Trust mrgicm, he hooked my F90 a few weeks ago and it's been flawless ever since. My '20 F90 always struggled with recognizing my hands which made using the function virtually useless. Now it's completely worth it. Although not a huge fan of the "follow the car in front" style it uses as I find myself swerving all over sometimes.

Mrgicm coded this for me. It was a short, easy process & works perfectly. I'd definitely recommend him

I’ve s question relating this. Is the steering wheel assistance working fine for you in more than let’s say 45 degrees bends? When mine is going through a bend shows a red warning in order to hold/touch the steering.

Works fine in all types of turns. The only limitation is the quality of the road lines

Can you PM me with that quote as well. I have an aftermarket Flat Bottom steering wheel I want to install but don't want to lose my lane keep assist due to the sensors not being on the new wheel.

If you install the steering wheel without the touch sensor (and small touch controller in the wheel) you will loose lane keep assist no matter what coding.

Yep, I can confirm it is working and authentic. Did it few times already.

I've driven for over 45 min on the highway with the ACC set and didn't have to touch the wheel at all during this time (luckily the road lines were well marked so the system stayed engaged).

I mean... Why?

You're sitting there anyway. What are you gonna do with your hands when you're not touching the wheel. Reading a novel? If not it's just awkward, sitting there not knowing what to do with your hands. It's just as easy as steering the damn car yourself and trust me, you would do a better job at it anyway. Driving Assistant Plus only tried to kill me 3 times up until now so I wouldn't trust it for even a second.

Or is it for the "look at me, I kinda have a Tesla" factor? Well yeah, that's something to be proud of (and no, not because of the whole Twitter debacle)...

My car frequently doesn't register when I have my hand on the wheel and I'm forced to grab and/or jiggle it from time to time for no reason.
